CANCELLATION RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
- The order cannot be cancelled, once the payment has been made.
- We do not offer refunds or store credit. The products can be exchanged at our MotorCity location (113 Apex Atrium, Motor City) within 7 days of receiving the products subject to the following:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- We require a receipt or proof of purchase
- We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or need another size. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com or contact us at 044534360
- If you request to exchange the item through your child’s teacher, please allow another 7-10 days for the replacement. If the next size is not in stock, then we will only be able to replace it when the next shipment arrives. We will not offer a refund for this.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To exchange your product, you should return it to 113 Apex Atrium, Motor City. We do not pick it up
- Our Exchange policy expires after 7 days of receiving your products. The items cannot be exchanged after 7 days of receiving your order.
- Pay using a credit or debit card
1. Payment for classes are final and no cancellations and refunds
2. Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment
